Detached large garage fully remodeled into game room and bar with air conditioning. Game room has a bar, ping pong table, fuzball table, arcade machines,full size shuffleboard table, juke box and dart boards. Property also has a cook shack with ventilation system for grilling year around with a Traeger pellet
smoker and a Weber gas grill. Cottage is within walking distance of the Pine River. ORV trails, canoeing, hiking, fishing, skiing and golfing.
